y	yo saa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星１つも付けたくないです❗️ みなさんの口コミを拝見しましたが、きっと同じスタッフかと思います。普段は神戸で購入しているのですがコロナ禍もあり近所の西宮阪急で購入をしたのですがスタッフの態度が悪すぎます❗️ 上から目線で購入したにも関わらず不愉快な気持ちで帰りました。購入しても他商品の説明は長いわりにサンプルはくれず。手に付けるだけ。私は敏感肌なので一度試してからでないと、いきなり大きいサイズを買う勇気がありません。皮膚がすぐに赤く腫れてしまうので。現にディオールの、ある商品のサンプルを使用した時も赤くなり痛かった事もあり、そういう人の事も考えて欲しいと思いました。手と顔では敏感さが違うので…。こういう接客態度やサービスから考えても三ノ宮の店舗は優れています❗️ スタッフさんが変わればサービスも変わるのかと思い何度か購入致しましたが、どのスタッフも同じでした❗️ こちらの店舗はこういう接客法なんだと思いました。こちらの店舗のサービスや態度が変わらない限り、こちらでは購入する事はもうないです。 I don't want to add a single star ❗️ I've seen everyone's reviews, but I'm sure they are the same staff.
