知識の無さすぎる偉そうな店員に幻滅してすぐに店を出た。
知識もないくせに上から目線で自分の意見を押し付けてくる、明らかにサイズが合ってないのに「革靴はそういうものですよ」と知ったかぶる、知識がないだけならまだしも、偉そうなのが癪に障る。
おそらく、ちゃんとした店で革靴を購入したことがないのだろうが、
接客する上でその程度の知識は身につけておいてほしい。
I went to see PADRONE's leather shoes on the night of January 4th.
Immediately left the store, disillusioned with a bossy clerk who was too ignorant.
Even though I don't have the knowledge, I push my opinion from the top, and even though the size is obviously not right, I know that "leather shoes are like that", and if I just don't have the knowledge, it looks great. It interferes with the knowledge.
Perhaps you've never bought leather shoes at a decent store,
I would like you to acquire that level of knowledge when serving customers.
