★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2025年へ向け医療依存度が高くなる時代が目前です。時代の最先端はケア（介護）ではなくキュア（看護）です。人材不足は事実です。現在利用者が多くスタッフさんの出入りが激しいです。長年腰痛の悩みで来てもらっていますがとても親切です。
話をできるだけ共有してもらえるよう写メなど電子カルテを活用されているようです。私の住んでいる所から事業所が近いのが利点です。一人に体調や遅れなど予防に対し2名交代でできる仕組みでより安心です。

They seem to be using electronic medical records such as photo mails so that they can share their stories as much as possible. The advantage is that the office is closer to where I live. It is more secure with a mechanism that allows two people to take turns to prevent physical condition and delay for one person.
