旧MYMの製品互換などの情報問い合せ対応（ネット）が、とても丁寧親切。
製品の品質上、10年以上とか使ったころに不具合が出るので、とても助かる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本社の方の口コミを見ていただければわかりますが、ここの総務課の対応は最悪です。
KVKは東南アジア系を中心に外国人を積極的に雇っていますが、外国人寮の近隣住民は悪臭や騒音に悩まされています。
しかし、顧客以外はどうでもいいのか、迷惑している旨を問い合わせても非常に不誠実な対応をされます。
逆ギレされる、鼻で笑われる、以後気をつけまーすすいませんでしたぁ～（誇張ではなく、本当にこのような口調で言ってきます）で済まされる、一方的に電話をガチャ切りされるなどなど・・・
安価な外国人労働力に頼り地域雇用を創出せず、おまけに一般市民にまで迷惑をかけて知らん顔をする企業の製品を皆さん買って応援しましょう！
