反撃してこなさそうな人を選んで年上の方にも大きな態度で、タメ語でした。そして、聴いているこちらにもわかるくらいの嫌味のある態度でした。患者さんは敬語を使っていたのに。すごく残念で他の職員の方や患者さんが可哀想です。
受付の方見てますか？もう少し心に余裕を持って対応してください。看護師の方なら実習の時を思い出してくださいお局になりたいのですか？
色々な方がいて心に余裕を持てないのは重々承知しておりますが、攻撃性のない人に対して心無い態度を取るのは医療従事者として、人として気をつけなければいけない事だと思います。
