会場は 外の建物の会議室でした。
さほど混んでもいなくて1時間位でおわりました。 職員の方も 落ち着いた感じの良い方でした?

The venue was a conference room in an outside building.
It wasn't too crowded and it ended in about an hour. The staff was also calm and comfortable ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健康保険の件で2度行きました。男性職員さんはとても優しく丁寧でしたが中年の女性職員さん2人が、威圧的で上から目線の口調で本当に腹立たしかったです。まるで悪い事をして裁かれてるような気分。色々な方がみえて大変かも知れませんが、普通に手続きに行っただけなのに…。他の公共機関ではあまりこんな思いした事ないです。何だかなぁと思いました。
I went twice for health insurance. The male staff was very kind and polite, but the two middle-aged female staff were intimidating and really annoyed by the tone from above. It feels like you're being judged for doing something wrong. It may be difficult to see various people, but I just went through the procedure normally ... I haven't really thought about it at other public institutions. I wondered what it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建て直して綺麗になりました。駐車場も広くていいです。出口の道路が混むので東側から出るのをオススメします。
It was rebuilt and it became beautiful. Parking lot may be wide, too. It is recommended to exit from the east side because the exit road is crowded.
