く	くろねこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛タンが高騰すると聞いたので、食べに行っておくかと調べたところ、こちらがヒット。京阪関目駅から徒歩10分弱。よくある郊外のレストランチェーンで、ジャズピアノの流れる落ち着いた店内。清潔で広々としており、客は少なめ。 1人客、カップルがちらほら。上タン定食を注文。 1人前120gで1630円。とても柔らかく、ふっくらした厚みがある。仙台で食べたものには及ばないが、しゃきっとした歯応えも再現されている。ご飯は麦ご飯で、麦米の割合はやや少なめ。少し乗せられた牛肉のしぐれ煮は甘めの味付けだ。ご飯はおかわり自由。テールスープや付け合わせの浅漬けもたっぷり。味の濃い牛タンの付け合わせにちょうど良い塩加減で、塩辛すぎずあっさりしている。接客はとても丁寧。ただ、店内が静かなため、厨房の会話がホールにかなり響いていた。落ち着いて食べたい人は結構気になるかも。出た時に厨房の窓からもしっかり礼をされるのが好印象。また来たい。ごちそうさまでした。 I heard that beef tongue will soar, so I asked if I should go to eat, and this was a hit.
