m	m a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大学時代にこの会社から派遣され、ある建物内でアルバイトをしていましたが、一部の正社員の大変横柄な態度に、悔しく不快な思いをしました。具体的な内容は、アルバイトを開始して半年ほど経った頃に突然、「勤務は来週まで」と言われたことです。遅刻も欠勤もないのになぜ？と納得できず理由をたずねたら「人員削減のため」という回答でした。あまりに急すぎることや自分以外は誰も言われていないことに対して不信感を覚え、法律の専門家に相談しました。いただいた助言のとおりに対処した結果、会社側が違法行為を認め、解雇通告日から30日分の平均賃金(解雇予告手当)が支払われました。もしあのとき何も対処していなければ、手当は一銭も支払われなかったでしょう。学生アルバイトだからと軽く見ているのか知りませんが、あのような行為は二度としてほしくありません。もし同じような目に遭って悔しく不快な思いをしている人がいたら、しかるべき人に相談して泣き寝入りしないようにしてほしいです。 I was dispatched from this company when I was in college and worked part-time in a building, but I was disappointed and uncomfortable with the very arrogant attitude of some regular employees.
