社員の電話対応も担当者じゃないからわからない的なことを言われる。
研修で聞いた話では全員が同じくらい仕事ができないとダメだと言っておきながら、支社社員は雑な対応。
シフトに関していろいろあるが、出られる日を一週間以上前に提出しても勤務先顔合わせでその先のシフトを決めるという始末。
話し合いの時間はいくらでも取れたにも関わらずこの対応。
研修終了後に仕事内容の説明や顔合わせの日が本当にその日にあるのかどうかの確認電話をすると言っておきながら、3日たっても連絡なし。
前日にこちらから確認電話をしなければいけないほどの雑さ加減。
辞退して正解でした。
