同様のレビューにもありますが対応がかなり最悪でした。
年配のおばあちゃんが対応でしたが、申請書類の書き方が違うところがあったみたいで、『あ〜もう』と言いながらこれ違うって言いながら書類を軽く飛ばされました。
お役所仕事なんだから手を焼かせないでとまで言われました。
そんなこんなしていると10分前後経過し時に次のお客さんとの予約があるの早くしてと言われて唖然として言葉も出ませんでした。
周りにも聞こえてると思いますがそれを野ざらしにしている周りのスタッフもそうですが、会社全体に嫌悪感と憤りを感じました。
絶対にお勧めはしません。
ネット手続きの方がいいと思います。

An elderly grandmother responded, but it seems that there was a difference in how to write the application documents, so I was lightly skipped while saying "Ah, this is different".
I was even told not to burn my hands because it was a government office job.
When I was doing this, I was stunned when I was told that I would make a reservation with the next customer soon after about 10 minutes had passed.
I think you can hear it around you, but like the staff around you who make it wild, I felt disgust and resentment throughout the company.
I definitely do not recommend it.
I think the online procedure is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住まい給付金の申請に行きましたが、対応が最悪でした。
わからない所は書いてこなくていいと電話で言っていたのにいざ行ってみたらなにもかいてないじゃない！こんなんじゃ申請できないよ、私は他の仕事で忙しいからつきっきりで書き方教えてられません。書いたら呼んでと完全放置。
これが正しい形なのでしょうか？
私はもう行くことはありませんが、今後の参考の為に口コミに残させて頂きました。
書き方難しいと思いますが自力で調べて郵送で申請することをオススメします。
追記。
申請から2ヶ月？程たったある日に、書類が違うので申請できないと言われました。
え？申請時に書類等すべて確認済みのはずなのに、、、結局銀行の、ローンの書類が、違ったようですが、にしても言ってくるの遅すぎやしませんか？通常3ヶ月程度で給付されるものが今はお役所がリモートなので5ヶ月以上かかりますと言われたが、遅い理由はあなたじゃん、、、
何度も言います。
申請はネットで、わからなかったら問い合わせ窓口に電話をかけて確認はしながら記入すれば大丈夫です。
せっかくおうちを買っていい気分でこれから新生活が始まるとウキウキしているときに、こんなに不快な気分になる必要はありません。
