シャワーがまともに出ない、ドアが開かない等問題が多すぎる。百歩譲って設備不良は、仕方ないとしても謝罪もなし、偉そうでかつ対策も考えない。
社会人として常識がなさすぎる。
You had better not rent a room here.
There are too many problems such as the shower not coming out properly and the door not opening. There is no apology for the equipment failure after giving up a hundred steps, and it looks great and I do not think about countermeasures.
There is too little common sense as a member of society.

オーナーのご夫婦がとても大好きで、物件探しで友人から紹介されてからついつい前を通ると挨拶に立ち寄ってしまいます。
そして紹介してもらえる物件が本当に穴場で良いところばかりです。
3年ほどお世話になっていますが、もう自分の友人関係10人は紹介している不動産会社さんです。
売買をメインにされている不動産屋さんですが、賃貸でも手厚く歓迎してくれます。
まだまだ購入予定はありませんが、機会ができたら絶対こちらで仲介していただきたいです。
