★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前に個室を頼んでいたのですが、どうやら店員さんの手違いでほかのグループの客を個室に招いたようで、普通席を利用する羽目に。理由を伝えた上で個室を頼んだのに・・・。予約の意味が無い。
「すみません。手違いがありましたので、こちらの席をどうぞ。」の一言で済まされた。その場で苦情を伝えるかとも考えたが、グループで来たので見苦しいので止めました。
帰り際でもいいから、個室を利用出来なかった理由くらい伝えた上で謝ってほしかった。
 I asked for a private room in advance, but it seems that I was invited by another clerk to a private room by another clerk, so I used ordinary seats. I asked for a private room after telling the reason .... There is no meaning of reservation.
"I'm sorry. I made a mistake, please take a seat here." I also thought about giving a complaint on the spot, but I stopped because I came as a group and it was unsightly.
Because I did not mind even on the way back, I wanted you to apologize after telling you why you could not use the private room.

店内はとても広く、清潔感があり、個室になっているのでおすすめです。
ただひとつ。。1人の女性の店員さんが声が小さく、何を言っているのか聞き取れません。
もっと元気ある方だと助かります。
しかし、お料理自体はとても美味しく、また行きたいと思いました！

Only one. .. One female clerk is so quiet that I can't hear what she's saying.

焼き肉のメニューは少ないけど…普通に美味しい?鍋料理が辛いの!辛さ調節もできる。
土日は予約してから行ったほうが、確実に食べられる。
辛いのだめな人は行かないほうが良い?

There are few roasted meat menus, but ... it's usually delicious. Hot pot dishes are spicy.
On Saturdays and Sundays, you can definitely eat after making a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍋は花山椒&台湾ミンチを頼みました。
通常の鍋は辛さを選べますが、こちらはレベル5のみです。
山椒がかなり効いていて美味しかったです。
Nabe ordered Hanayama Kaoru & Taiwan Mince.
Normal hot pot can be selected hot, but this is only level 5.
The yam was quite effective and delicious.

店内がいっぱいだったので空いたタイミングで電話していただきたした。助かります。
店内は個室になっていてすごく落ち着きます。
しかし、テーブルの上にネギとか汚れが結構残っていて衛生的に大丈夫？と思いました。
初めての赤から鍋はそこそこ美味しかったです。具は好きなものを追加できるのでいいですね。
店員の方もそれなりの接客でしたので普通に美味しく食べれました。
機会があればまた行きたいですが次はきちんとテーブルを拭いていてほしいですね。

However, there are quite a few green onions and dirt left on the table, so is it hygienic? I thought.
The hot pot was delicious from the first red. It's nice because you can add whatever you like.
The clerk also served me as much as I could, so I was able to eat it normally.
I would like to go again if I have a chance, but next time I want you to wipe the table properly.

鍋のトッピングにモツがオススメです。
