凍	凍てついた炎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応したのは支店長代理。仕事の応募から電話が来るまで大体は応募から数十分、または昼か夕方には電話が来るのだが、電話が来たのは翌日の夕方･･･遅い。そこから面接までは良かったが、その後の対応に問題あり。「〇〇日にまた面接の結果を連絡させていただきます」と言ってたが、その日を過ぎても連絡なし。この段階で連絡できそうになかったら、何かしらのアプローチをするべきはずなのに何もなし。翌日、こっちから連絡（午前中）すると、まだ決まっていないらしく、「お昼頃に結果を連絡します」ということで昼を待った。しかし、お昼や夕方を過ぎても夜を迎えても連絡なし。最悪･･･もう電話来ても出ないことにしました。この支店は『人を大切に、地元を大切に』と謳っているが、ただでさえ仕事が無く急いで探している私にとっては時間は大事。これは明らかに人を大事にしているとは思えない。約束を守らないのは社会人として論外です。できないことは謳わない方が良いと思います。仮に、他に案件が複数あり手が回らないというのであれば調整すべき。支店長代理がこの程度ならその部下も信用できません。最悪です。二度と利用しません。 The representative was the branch manager's representative. This branch claims to "cherish people, cherish the locals", but time is important for me who is in a hurry to search because there is no work. This obviously doesn't seem to value people. It is out of the question as a working person not to keep the promise. I think it's better not to say what you can't do. If there are multiple other projects and it is not possible to handle them, it should be adjusted. If this is the degree of branch manager, you cannot trust the subordinates. It's the worst. I will never use it again.
