また店員さんが棚にある日本酒がどういうものなのか熟知しています。プロ意識を感じます。なので『どんなのが好き』と伝えるとオススメをセレクトしてくれます(忙しくなければ)。日本酒が気になるがラベルや名前や他カテゴライズではなかなかセレクトが難しい方には大変助かると思います。
数年通っているうちに、お店は私の好みをより理解してくれ、私はより日本酒の理解が深まりました。私はお店を信頼し、お店は私を『味が分かる人』と認識していただき、『今日は好きそうな良いお酒がある』と裏からレア酒を提供していただけることもあります。大変嬉しくありがたいことです。日本酒を通じて信頼関係が築けたのは私にとってはかなり貴重な体験でした。
美味しい日本酒を飲んで欲しい、日本酒文化が長く続き広まって欲しい、という気持ちが伝わる超優良名店です。そんな私も周りに良い日本酒を友人や家族に勧めるようになりました。
