店内がきれいになっていて、なんか違うお店になったのではと思うくらいでした。
月見に追い足しソースと懐かしくまた美味しく頂きました。久々過ぎたのか記憶の中では紅しょうがではなく福神漬けだったと思っているのは私だけしょうか…。
I went to eat for the first time in more than 30 years.
The inside of the store was clean and I thought it was a different store.
I added to the moon viewing and enjoyed the sauce and nostalgia. Maybe it's been a long time, but I'm the only one who thinks that it was Fukujinzuke instead of red pickled ginger in my memory.

湯沢雄勝地区で一番美味しい！との声もある、焼きそば専門店です。
オーダーは「月見焼きそば並盛り」を。
秋田県南ではお馴染みの、少し太めのストレート麺。少し甘めのソース。豚バラではなく、挽肉。キャベツを少々。昔ながらの庶民の味そのものですね(o^^o)
期待通りの、懐かしい美味しさでした(#^.^#)
価格も昔ながら、昭和のままでした！

A slightly thick straight noodle that is familiar in the south of Akita prefecture. A slightly sweet sauce. Minced meat, not pork roses. A little cabbage. It's the taste of the old-fashioned people (o ^^ o)
It was a nostalgic taste as expected (# ^. ^ #)
The price was the same as Showa, as it used to be!

並と中を注文しました。
麺は太麺のストレート。具は、細かいキャベツと挽肉で結構シンプルな焼きそばです。
並でもなかなかのボリュームです。
