o	oo to on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ５年前の話ですが、家族経営で、園長の言うことは絶対な感じでした。少しでも反論すると、言うことが聞けないなら他の保育園に移ってもらっていいんですよ？と言われる。子供の前で担任の先生を怒ったり、教育上良くない。仕事が遅くなり、お迎えが遅くなるとイヤミをバンバン言われる。恐らく当たり障りのない過ごし方をすれば、まったく問題がないのでしょうが、目をつけられると嫌がらせを受けます。わたしの家族は１年半ほどで耐えられなくなり、市立の保育園に移りました。辞める際も、嬉そうに言いふらされました。マジで嫌いです。担任の先生は良い人でしたが、今でも子供はここの保育園が嫌いだったと言います。私立はこういう問題が色々あるんでしょうね。移動して良かったと思います。二度と関わりたくありません。取り組みは色々されていて、資料やパンフレットだけをみると素敵な保育園に見えますが、結局は『人』だと思います。移った保育園は市立だったためか本当に貧相で狭かったですが、毎日楽しそうに過ごしていました。移るきっかけになったことについては感謝します。 Five years ago, it was a family business, and what the director said was absolute.
