正	正直者! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親が癌になり、高齢で手術の給付が出るか不安でコールセンターに電話をかけました。その方の対応が酷すぎて書き込みます。対応は事務的で、はい、という返事を被せるようにしてきて、こちらが聞いた事を単語で返すような感じで、物理的にできる事も出来ないと言い張ったり、とにかくめんどくささ丸出しで甲高いヒステリックな喋り方で、こちらは不安でいっぱいなのに酷すぎる対応でした。この人だけなのか、会社全体がそうなのかわかりませんが、とにかく酷い。対応者の名前を聞き忘れクレームも出せないのでここに記入させていただきます。これからこの会社の保険を検討してる方は病気になったり、被保険者が亡くなったりした時にこういった冷酷な対応をされるかもしれないのでご注意ください。 I made a phone call to the call center because my parents became cancer, I was worried that my age and surgery benefits will come out.
