窓口の受付時間外に行くとガードマンでの対応となるため、積み込みは重機類含めてセルフサービスです。
営業時間内には勿論、スタッフが積み込み 積み降ろしをしてくれますよ。
混雑時は受付〜積み込み〜出発で時間がかかるので時間には余裕を持って…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 重機等をレンタルする場合に使わせていただいている。男性のスタッフの応対は素晴らしい。女性のスタッフはちょいちょい細かい重機の話だとオペしたことがない所為か通じないこともある････が一所懸命に調べて応えてくれるので好感が持てる。敷地も広いので出し入れが比較的スムーズだが、夕方等時間帯によってはかなり混み合うので時間をずらせるならばずらすに越したことはない。
早朝対応もしてくれるが、前日までに振り込んで太陽建機レンタルさん側で入金確認が出来た場合に限られる。※現金決済の場合は7:30以降でしか対応してもらえないので注意。事務所の隣りの倉庫が整備場になっており、スタッフがしっかり整備してくれているようなので安心して利用出来る。

The female staff may not be able to understand the story of a little heavy machinery because they have never operated it ... but they will investigate and respond to it, so I like it. Since the site is large, it is relatively smooth to put in and out, but it is quite crowded depending on the time of day such as evening, so if you shift the time, it is better to shift it.
It will respond early in the morning, but only if the payment can be confirmed by Taiyo Kenki Rental by the day before. * Please note that cash payments can only be handled after 7:30. The warehouse next to the office is a maintenance area, and the staff seems to be maintaining it well, so you can use it with confidence.
