パンクして途方にくれてましたが、ここに来て良かったです。
パンクしてタイヤの空気圧が減ってる状態で乗ってしまったため、修理できずに諦めて交換したが、有名なオ⭕⭕バ⭕クスでは希望のサイズが無く取り寄せになるため、職場に近いこの店に飛び込みで来ましたが、店員さんは話を良く聞いてくれて、希望に沿う形でタイヤを購入、交換できました。
また作業終わり時に店員さんの方からボルトの締め付け状況確認の声かけをしてもらい、安心して作業を任せられました。
店内は静かで空調も効いており、フリードリンクコーナーまでありました。
また、ワイパーゴムのへたれも確認してもらい良かった。
今度困った事があったら、お世話になるつもりです

Also, at the end of the work, a clerk asked me to confirm the bolt tightening status, and I was able to entrust the work with peace of mind.
The store was quiet and air-conditioned, and there was even a free drink corner.
Also, it was good to have the wiper rubber check for sagging.

ブリジストンのタイヤやドライブレコーダー等が展示してありました。
ライトの樹脂製ガラスのコーティングとクリーニングもやっているみたいです。
今回はスタッドレスタイヤの見積もりとアフターフォロー等で訪問。
丁寧に説明頂けました。
万が一のパンクの場合の保証もあるようです。
全国展開しているので、どこの店舗でも万が一の場合対応してもらえるのは、
大きなポイントかな？と思いました。
値段は聞くのを忘れましたが、ポップアップには、17,000円超え位の保証料を払えば良いみたいです。1本のパンクでも4本新品交換して貰えるみたいです。
某大手カー用品店もやっていますが、そこは今は、12,000円くらいであります(確かサイズで値段が違ったと思います)
今は4本の金額の半分くらいの保証金額しか出してくれなくなってます。
ここはお得ポイントかも。
私は某カー用品店で保証金額が安い頃、万が一に備え保証に入っていたんですが、4ヶ月程で1本パンクしてしまい4本とも新品に交換してもらった経緯もあるので高ポイントです。(工賃は発生します)
タイヤの値段ですが、車に詳しくなく詳細なお見積もりを出して頂けました。
手書きや、メモ程度で出してくる所もあるので見やすかったです。
見積もりを出してもらい検討のため持ち帰りになりました。
帰りの際は、今回は見積だけなのに、
作業場の方から皆さん出てこられ元気にお見送りして頂け、気持ち良く帰れました。
