★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在ヨコハマのちょっとレアなタイヤを履いており、エアーが抜けるためお伺いしたところやはりパンク。外したタイヤに印をつけて持ってきて説明してくださいました。
ショルダー部分が潰れて劣化しているので交換したほうが良いと言われましたがやはりレアなので在庫はないけども倉庫からすぐに持ってくると言われお願いしました。
素早い対応のおかげで入庫から支払いまで30分ほどで終了しました。別のタイヤメーカーのショップでは倍以上の時間がかかるか、下手したら再度履いて入荷後再脱着で工賃倍かかったかもしれません。
値引きはしてもらいましたが、自分の想像よりタイヤの値段が高かったので☆-１で

I got a discount, but the price of the tire was higher than I imagined, so ☆ -1
