The 13th manhole card, the Taiwa-cho manhole card, is distributed at the Taiwa-cho Fureai Cultural Creation Center "Mahoroba Hall" from 9:00 to 17:00. However, it is closed on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and the year-end and New Year holidays (12/28, 1/4). Please note that there are also temporary closed days.
