★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに素敵なお店だとパートナーとも盛り上がっていました。マスターとお客さんの会話がうるさくて席を離れた位置に変更しました。これが、気に入らなったようです。
定番であるカクテルのブルーコラールリーフを頼むと失礼気回りないと叱責され、緊急事態宣言下で店を開いてやってるのだからと見下されました。
叱責の正当性を説明していましたが全て間違った知識を一生懸命話されました。
ブルーコーラルリーフは、他店のオリジナルで１０年内にできたチャラチャラしたカクテルなんかを頼むのは失礼あると。
私の意見は＝＞
（昭和25年）、日本バーテンダー協会の主催で行われた「第2回 オール・ジャパン・ドリンクス・コンクール」の優勝作品。作者はのバーテンダー鹿野彦司作成 カクテルBookにレシピも公開されていて プロのバーテンダーであればそのままレシピを使う事のない一般的なカクテルです。お店のオリジナルでもありません。頼んでも失礼なカクテルではありません。
全くこちらの言い分は聞こうとしません。非常に不愉快な思いをしました。残念なお店でした。内容は、録音しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いわゆる「バー」というイメージにぴったりのバーでした。少し薄暗く、内装に豪華さはないのですが、これぞバーという雰囲気が心地いい。
しばらく前からときどきうかがっていますが、だんだんとボトルの数が増えて、バックバーは壁一面、さらにカウンターまで徐々にボトルの置かれる面積が大きくなっていっているような。
ウィスキーは現行のものからボトラーズ、オールドボトルまでかなりの数あって目移りするくらい。値段も比較的抑えめで嬉しい。
カクテルはわりとずっしり。酒なら何でもあるし何でも美味い。
キーキー鳴る椅子があるのと、ときどきワイワイ騒がしいグループがいるけれど、オーナーバーテンダーの捌き方も上手な印象です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三茶でオーセンティックバーといえば、駅そばのすずらん通りにある「BAR POND」。
もう１７年だったですか、三茶のBARでは古い方になりましたね。
初めて訪れるとお酒、ボトルの数に驚かされます。このお酒に囲まれている雰囲気が、いい感じレベルあげるんですね。
オーナーバーテンダーの池さんとの会話もとてもたのしいですし、何よりお酒に関して絶大な信頼をおける方。その引き出しの多さはご立派。
ボクは大体 bookers 。
オールドのものはストレートでいきますが、いつものはロック。チェイサーでミルク。
冬場はアイリッシュコーヒーなども楽しんだり、その時の気分でカクテルを頂いたりしています。
ビールの種類も豊富ですよ。まずはそこから、で始めたい方はよく聞いてみて下さいね。
シガーもいいの取り揃えていますから、楽しみたい方には良い店ですよ。
ボク的には「世田谷でも上位のBAR」だと思っています。いい空間でいいお酒と向き合ってみて下さい。

The gray hair appears on owner. Time really flying. However the way the owner talks to the staff really annoys me…
