m	m- kakuno. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この度、お客様を送客させていただいたが、料理がよかったと皆さん絶賛。サービススタッフの笑顔もいい。こじんまりとしたホテルだが、その分行き届いたサービスを感じます。 This time, we sent customers, and everyone praised the food as good. The smile of the service staff is also good. It's a small hotel, but I feel the service is attentive.
カ	カバジェロス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェックインの時間に遅れたのですが、フロントの対応がとても感じが良かったです。5人一部屋にしたのですが、広々してゆったり出来ました。温泉は大浴場と露天風呂の2つでした。温度はぬるめなので熱いのが好みの人には物足りないかもしれません。山の中なので途中コンビニもないのでツマミなどは早めに買っておいた方が良いです。料理は美味しいと思います。スタッフの対応もベリーグッドでした。今回の旅行はバタバタしたので今度ゆっくりしたいと思いました。 We were late for check-in, but the reception was very nice. We made a room for 5 people, but it was spacious and comfortable. There were two hot springs, a public bath and an open-air bath. The temperature is lukewarm, so it may not be enough for those who like to be hot. Since there is no convenience store on the way, it is better to buy knobs early. I think the food is delicious. The staff was very good. This trip was fluttering, so I wanted to relax this time.
亀	亀本典昭 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少しは色付いてたけど、紅葉狩りには少し早くてもの足りなかった。部屋からの眺めは、色付いたら最高なのに‼️ 懐石料理は美味しくいただきました。特に広島牛は、柔らかくて美味しかった。 It was a little colored, but it wasn't enough to hunt for autumn leaves. The view from the room would be great if it was colored! ️ The kaiseki cuisine was delicious. Especially Hiroshima beef was soft and delicious.

a	a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝食つきのプランで一泊。和食の朝ごはん、大変おいしくいただきました。おひつにご飯が入っており、食べ切れるかなと思いましたが、お米が本当においしい！ふたりでペロッと食べられました。お部屋は、こたつに入ってお茶をすすりながら神龍湖を眺められたのがとても良かったです。紅葉の季節に来たら最高だろうなと思います。 Overnight with a plan that includes breakfast. The Japanese breakfast was very delicious. There is rice in the ohitsu and I thought I could eat it, but the rice is really delicious! We were able to eat it together. It was very nice to be able to see Lake Shinryu while sipping tea in the kotatsu. I think it would be great to come to the season of autumn leaves.

G	Gian Pi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been introduced to this place wile traveling in the are. Was late afternoon already dark. I was worry to find a very old place that smell mildew. We arrived here after driving in the dark. When arrived we found a unexpected very nice place, clean, good food, nice staff and very good hot spring. In the morning the surprise was much more because we where on a beautiful lake, with the surrounding view tinted of the autumn colors. Is really a nice place to enjoy and relax. Price too was good.
C	Cary Budd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this hotel on the interactive map and having given up trying to conquer the booking form (my poor Japanese not the form), we headed here on the chance of availability. We were lucky on all counts... yes room available, well priced, delightful and helpful staff, magnificent views over the lake, and a good onsen. The valley was still dusted with snow giving definition to the bare winter branches and backdrop to the red bridge. Just magnificent. Highly recommended.
