神の宮（上の宮）の拝殿近くにあります。石碑に内容は刻まれているようですが、よく判別出来ません。
 Visited on July 23, 2020.
It is located near the front shrine of God's Palace (Kaminomiya). It seems that the contents are engraved on the stone monument, but it is difficult to distinguish.
