吉	吉田卓矢 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打ち上げで来店しました。開店直後でしたが他にもお客様はチラホラいたので、この先混むんだろうなぁとか思っていました。御通しから手が混んでいるなぁと感じ、期待が高まるばかりでした。色々情報を集めて、ここは日本酒しか無いかとw で、注文内容も魚を中心に刺身、焼き物と此処ぞとばかりに日本酒に合う料理を選びました。先に頼んだのが廣戸川と言う日本酒です。まさかいわきで雄町米のお酒が、飲めるとは思いませんでした。倉敷で飲んだお酒と比べると、味よりも香りの良さが際立った印象でした。魚料理との相性は格別でついつい沢山注文しました。やはり、地元の美味しいものに合わせて作られるのが日本酒の良い所だと思いました。次が天明と言うお酒です。飲んでいるうちにこれは野菜に合うマなぁと思い、我が儘とは思いましたがメニューには無かった温野菜を注文しました。結果大当たりで個人的にはアスパラと合わせるのが一番美味しかったです。お店の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、従業員さんもとても協力的だったので非常に快適に過ごせました。 I came to the store at the launch. The one I asked for earlier was Hirotogawa sake. I didn't think I could drink the Omachi rice liquor in the cold side. Compared to the sake I drank in Kurashiki, the fragrance was more impressive than the taste. It goes very well with fish dishes and I ordered a lot. After all, I thought that the good thing about sake is that it is made to match the delicious local food. Next is Tenmei. While I was drinking, I thought this was a good dish for vegetables, so I ordered hot vegetables that were not on the menu, although I thought they were my own. As a result it was a big hit and personally it was the best to combine it with asparagus. The atmosphere of the shop was calm, and the employees were very supportive as well, so it was very comfortable.
