★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションの管理会社。駐車場に登録されてない車が止まっていたのに、対応が遅い。しかも張り紙だけで終了。その後も止まり続けている。高い管理費を払っているのにこの体たらく。まったく信用できない企業。
また、個人支払いの用紙を振り込み期限の1週間前に送ってくる非常識さ。普通はもっと早く送ってきますよ
今後こちらが管理している物件を借りることはないでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トラブルで精神的不安定になるも会社側は不誠実な態度。また生和の女子社員の返事は「ほーい、ほーい」と面倒臭いような受け答えで呆れました。生和さんを信頼して決めた人達に寄り添う気持ちは全く感じられませんでした。2度とお世話にはなりません。また友人等にもおすすめできません。あれだけ宣伝してるのに残念な会社です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住人が規約違反行為をしていて困っていた。管理会社へ連絡し注意喚起を投函したとの事だが、1ヶ月経っても全く改善されない。再度連絡するが、担当者不在とのことで折り返すと言われたが数日間連絡なし。こちらから再度連絡し対応依頼をしたが、対応を渋られた。一応対応してくれるとの事だったが、その後も住人の行為は改善なし。
何もかも適当です。毎月高い管理費払っているのに、大した管理はしてくれない。でも規約にはびっしり自分達の優位になるようなことしか書かれていないため、何も言えない。今となってはもっとしっかり規約を読んでおいたらよかったと思いました。
今後この会社の物件は借りません。
