夜中にもかかわらず、とても優しく接してくださり安心しました。感謝しきれません。本当にありがとうございます。呼吸できない状態になり、精神的にも不安になっていたところ「大丈夫だよ」と不安を取り除いてくれたり、心配ないよと声をかけてくれ、一気に安心しました。今思えば、救急車なくともなんとかなったかもしれませんが、それどころじゃなかったので、対応してくださって本当にありがとうございます。賛育会病院もそうですが、全医療従事者の方々、私たちのために日夜問わず動いてくれてありがとうございます！あなた達のおかげで生きています！！

コロナより前、娘が激しい腹痛から顔面蒼白になり痙攣しだしたので救急車を呼びました。救急隊員の方がこちらの病院に受け入れを要請したところなぜか母親の私と話させろというので話を聞いてみたら、救急車を使わないと来られないのかとのこと。車はないのか、運転はできないのかとあまり言うので車で行きますと伝えたところ救急隊員の方がそれはしなくていい、別の病院を探しますと言ってくださいました。次の昭和大付属病院は準備しておくのですぐ来てくださいとのことで大変親切にしていただきました。もう救急車に乗っているのに他に手段はないのかとぶっきらぼうに言われ責められているような感じがしました。もう少し患者に寄り添う姿勢でいてほしいです。
