駐車場はありません。
この公民館はなんと、小美玉市の消防団第１５分団の消防車の車庫と一体となっております。
建て替えの際に予算の都合で、公民館と消防団とで１戸の家屋として造ったのでしょう。
有事の際には消防団の方々は自家用車で駆けつけると思うのですが、いったい何処に車を停めてらっしゃるのか不思議です。
 This is a public hall near the intersection of Tagiya.
There is no parking lot.
This public hall is integrated with the garage of the fire truck of the 15th branch of the fire brigade in Omitama City.

In case of an emergency, I think the fire brigade people will rush to their own cars, but I wonder where they park their cars.
