休診を知らないで電話したのだから、もう少し対応の仕方をお勉強して欲しいですよね…。最後電話もガチャ！っておもいっきりいきよいよく切られました！接遇悪すぎです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生も看護師さん達も、年齢性別問わず全ての患者へ大変親切丁寧に寄り添ってくれている。それは非常に素晴らしく、治療を安心して任せられる。
しかし、去年末くらいから、敏腕だった受付の人がいなくなった（診察終了後、1-2分もすれば会計になっていた）。
その後、中堅？の方が受付になり、それほどは変わらなかったか、
今夏頃より新しい人が受付に回るようになり、受付も会計も非常に待たされるようになった。
酷い時は、受付待ちで行列になり、診察終了後は10分くらい待たされる。その人の作業効率が良くないようで、貯まった多人数の会計を連続して纏めて行っている為、近くの薬局にも短時間に集中して患者が来ることになり、結果、薬局での待ち時間も増加してしまっている。
！受付・会計だけが非常に不満！

It seems that the work efficiency of the person is not good, and since the accounts of the accumulated large number of people are continuously collected, patients will be concentrated in a short time at a nearby pharmacy, and as a result, at the pharmacy Waiting time has also increased.
!! Only reception and accounting are very dissatisfied!
