書類に不備があり、もう一度いかなくてはならず、、、代理ですが大変です。ただし、みなさん待合室が密の中、静かに待たれているのを見て感動した。日本の行政サービスが外国人にとってより良いものとなりますように願う。悪い舗装の道路、スラムのような道路壁の落書きなど海外の方々になす日本のおもてなしとは思えなかった。
 It took two and a half hours to arrive at around 13:30 and wait for the numbered ticket.
The documents are incomplete and I have to go again ... I'm acting on my behalf, but it's hard. However, I was impressed to see that everyone was waiting quietly in the dense waiting room. I hope that Japanese administrative services will be better for foreigners. I didn't think it was Japanese hospitality for foreigners, such as badly paved roads and graffiti on road walls like slums.
