★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私の背骨はかなり曲がっています。今まで病院に行っても手術を勧められるか、コルセットの矯正だけなので諦めていました。ツラくなったらマッサージで体を解してもらったりストレッチ体操に通ったりしてましたが、これではダメだと思って、なんの気無しにインターネットで検索したところ初めて側湾症の治療にシュロス法がある事を知りました。興味があったのですぐに連絡をさせていただいたところ、親身になって今の状況を把握していただいて治療法については納得がいく説明があり、また途中写真を撮っていただいたり、自分では気が付かないところを何度もアドバイスいただけたり分かりやすくて気配りも嬉しいです。今では日々トレーニングを頑張っています。まだまだスタートしたばかりですが、このシュロス法に出会えてラッキーだったと信じて頑張って続けて行きたいと思っています。
