★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テニス受付スタッフはめちゃ偉いそう、電話で問い合わせする時聞きにくいから、もう一度確認したいが、なんかスタッフの機嫌は悪そうになったんです。
責任者の対応は素晴らしいですので評価変更します。

私たちにはマスクの義務づけを行うにも関わらずスタッフ同士は外して良いのですか？
実に不愉快です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テニスでしかお世話になっていませんが、料金、システム、コーチの質、スタッフ対応、客質、そのどれもが良いです。テニスのマネージャーの人柄がとてもよく、細かい話でも親身になって対応して頂けます。自分もサービス業に従事する身としてその姿勢はとても勉強になりますし、とてもお勧めです。
I am only taken care of by tennis, but the price, system, quality of coaches, staff support, customer quality are all good. The personality of the tennis manager is very good, and you can take care of even the smallest details. As a person engaged in the service industry, that attitude is very educational and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and daughter play after school tennis here 3 times a week for an hour at a time. The coaches and staff are all very nice especially Tani Coach. The courts are all indoors on the 3rd floor. Prices are reasonable.
