★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベーグル取り寄せた。もともと東京でベーグル屋さんやってた人がうどん県で開業して大人気に-そして東京在住のうどん県出身の僕が通販で購入・・不思議な流れではあるが今度帰省した時に寄ってみようと思う。
生地はとろけるような食感で具材はジューシーでなかなか良い。
以外とあんこ黒ごまがイケる。デュカはハムを挟むと美味い、さすがにチーズはTOKYOのベーグルの方が勝るかな…硬めのチーズの方がいい気がした。
2018.5店で購入。車を止められる場所が限られているので注意が必要だ。店に入ると優しい夫婦が頑張っていた。
オレンジピールの香りと酸味が印象的だった。
2019.2クリームチーズはとても美味しくなってました。
2020.7最近はプレーンが好きかな。半分にスライスした切り口から小麦の風味がにじんでくる。オリーブオイルをつけて食べるのが好みになってきた。表面にフライドオニオンとか具材をまぶしたやつがあるといいな。
