PCのグラボが不調でモニタの表示がおかしくなったので修理をお願いした。具体的に何をしてグラボがおかしくなったのかを店頭で詳細にお話したが、店員さんは理解できていない様子だった。2、3日で見積もり結果を連絡するとのことだったが、一週間以上経っても連絡はなかったのでこちらから連絡した。すると「故障の原因はわからないのでまだ時間がかかる」との返答だった。故障の原因は店頭でお話したはずだったのでこれ以上預けていても無駄だと判断し、PCを返してほしいと伝えると「来週にしてくれ」と。結局はこちらが怒っていることが伝わり、その日のうちにPCは返してもらえたが、店頭にいくと「一度PCを開けて中身を全部みたが原因はわかなかった」という意味のわからない言い訳。グラボの不調だと説明しているにもかかわらずPCの中の一体何を見たのか。素人がPCの修理を謳っている印象。最終的に自分で調べてグラボを交換して治した。

In the end, I was told that I was angry, and the PC was returned that day, but when I went to the store, I couldn't understand the excuse that "I opened the PC once and looked at all the contents, but I didn't understand the cause." What on earth did you see in your PC despite explaining that Gravo wasn't working? Impression that an amateur is proclaiming the repair of a PC. Eventually I checked it myself and replaced the grabbo and healed it.
