特に事前の相談などもありませんでした。
相手からすれば少額で些細なことなのかもしれませんが、商売のマナーとしてはちょっといかがなものかと思います。
対応自体は真摯にご対応頂いたと思っておりますが、金銭面でルーズなのは信頼しきるには難しく、結局修理も他所にお願いしてしまいました。
