K	Ki I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用させていただきました。駅からすぐで、お店は広くてすごくキレイでお洒落でした！落ち着いた雰囲気で、スタッフの方々がすごく丁寧で居心地がよかったです。髪もイメージ通りにしていただけました。 I used it for the first time. Immediately from the station, the shop was large, very beautiful and fashionable! The atmosphere was calm and the staff were very polite and cozy. The hair was just as I imagined.

Coming from someone who has tried so many places and had the awkward interactions as someone who can’t speak Japanese, this place is amazing. Koji the owner is the sweetest person ever. He’s very welcoming and will do his best to communicate with you and figure out what you’re looking for. Swell is very foreigner friendly so you don’t have to feel afraid to go here. They have a variety of different services and are very patient with finding what’s right for you. If you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed and a little nervous about where to go, try this place out because the service is great.

She was really sweet and spoke great English as well! My hair turned out great! The salon has good value and good service. Will definitely come back even if I’m based in Tokyo!
