上	上原由子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月に来店した者です。紅茶が好きで、ティーバッグを手に取り列に並びました。ですが、レジに着き商品を渡すと「クリスマスシーズンは販売しておりません」と言われました。購入出来ない旨を書いた紙等は店先や商品棚の前にはなく、仕切っていたりもせず、普通に陳列されていました。目が合った店員さんも何も仰っていなかったので、そのままレジまで並んで待っていました。十数分のことでしたが、とても無駄な時間を奪われてしまった気分です… オープン当初から楽しみにしていただけに、とても残念でした… The person who came to the store in December. T	T S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大切な人への還暦祝いで、メッセージチョコ付きのホールケーキを前日に注文しました。当日受け取り自宅で箱から出したところ、ケーキの形は崩れ、メッセージチョコは箱の内側面に張り付いていて、滅茶苦茶な形になっており、本当に悲しい思いをしました。注文した時、オバさん店員は無愛想で接客態度も悪く、その時は嫌な予感がしましたが、予感が的中してしまいました。結局、ケーキはお祝いの席に持っていかず、急遽新しいのを用意しました。もう二度とこの店で商品を購入することはありません。本当に悔しい思いをしましたので。ここのお店はもっと人の気持ちを考えて商売してほしいです。態度の悪い店員さんは今更教育したところで何も変わらないでしょうが、顔を思い出すだけで胸糞悪いです。何の配慮も出来ず、人の気持ちがわからない店ですので、皆さんもお気をつけ下さい。 To celebrate the 60th birthday to my loved one, I ordered a whole cake with a message chocolate the day before.
