コロナ前は、買い物したのを、お茶サービスで、テーブルと椅子がありましたので、楽しめました。店員さんも、明るくて、感じの良いの方でした。

今日からお彼岸なので、おはぎを買いに。
中に入ると木型がいっぱい展示されてる。
綺麗に整理された店内は、とても気持ちよく生菓子も美味しそう?
おはぎは粒あんで良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鈴蘭台で初めて新年を迎えるにあたり、さて今年は花びら餅をどこで購うべきかと迷いましたが、どうせなら地元でされてる和菓子屋さんのを味わってみたいということでこちらに足を運んでみました。評判の店のようだし間違いはなかろうと踏んでおりましたが、期待どおり、味噌餡に載せた薄桃色のあしらいがほんのり透けた上品な佇まいと、見た目を裏切らない「これぞ花びら餅！」と感じさせるお味がたいへん気に入りました。味噌餡の甘さや味わいも、牛蒡の香りや歯触りも、実に良い塩梅でした。
また来年もこちらで買いたいですし、美しい干菓子など、他にもいろいろ良さげな商品があったのでまた利用したいと思います。
ちなみにこちらの花びら餅は、幕の内くらいまでなら(？)、余裕をみて予約すれば用意していただけるそうです。
