★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗車を頼んだ際に車の鍵をバイトの人か社員の人に壊されました。
まともな謝罪もしないで、鍵の一部分がプラスチックなので劣化していたので割れた可能性があるなどと何かと言い逃れする気満々、（ちなみに壊れた部分は金物製でそう簡単に割れません！）
鍵が壊れてから直ぐに店長にも相談もせずに下の社員でなかったかのように済ませる気満々。
結局、新しい鍵を買って領収書を持って来れば弁償する事ととなりました。
そして、新しい鍵の領収書を持って行っても店長が対応していただけると思ったら店長は休み、店長に電話で連絡すらしない。
本当に対応が酷過ぎて飽きれてしまう程です。
お客様に対してこんなに酷い対応するガソリンスタンドは初めてです！
近場だったので利用していましたが、もうこのガソリンスタンドは利用したくなくなりました！

And if the store manager thinks that the store manager can respond even if he takes a new key receipt, the store manager will not take a rest and will not even contact the store manager by phone.
It is so bad that the response is too bad and you get bored.
It's the first time a gas station has responded to our customers so badly!
I used it because it was close, but I no longer want to use this gas station!

挨拶はないし、誘導は下手だし、
終始笑顔もなくて、ものすごく態度が悪い。
しかも全員。
誰がバイトなのか社員なのか見分けはつかなかったけれど、全体の統率も取れていなくて、スタッフ同士も連携が取れていない。
こんなに態度の悪いスタッフなんて、ガソリンスタンドに限らず、飲食店やコンビニやスーパー含めて見たことがないくらいで、逆に驚くくらいです。
