ま	まみーまみー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桃の季節にいつも、自家用と県外へ住む姉の所へ送っています。コロナ感染者の多い地域に住んでいる為、今年は初めてのメール注文を利用してみましたが、後悔しました。天気の影響で、あかつきの収穫が早いとの事だったので、硬いあかつきが食べれる内にと思い、すぐにメールしましたが、2日経っても何の返信もなく心配で再度問い合わせると、「受付済です。順番に発送していますのでお待ちください」の一言のみ。質問した事も全て無視で、メールから1週間後に姉から「届いたよ」と連絡をもらって発送された事を知りました。しかも届いた桃は硬い桃ではなく柔らかい桃だったと聞いてガッカリ。直売所から直接だと要望通りの物を即日発送してくれるのにメールだと要望を無視しての1週間後って… ひど過ぎだと思います。忙しいのはわかりますが、きちんと対応できないのであればメールでの注文受付はやめるべきだと思います。去年、この近くの果樹園さんでりんごをメールで注文した事がありますが、しっかり対応してくれて要望通り、綺麗な甘いりんごが送られてきたよと喜んで貰えました。なのでこんな事もあるんだなと学習しました。ぜひ購入は直売所で… During the peach season, I always send it to my sister for private use and outside the prefecture.
