There is almost no fan or heater available, and it can be adjusted with a single air conditioner, so the utility costs are cheaper and I am surprised. I read the "cool house" my father borrowed from the library, visited a study session held on Sunday, and with my grandmother who lived with me, I felt comfortable in the experience house. I responded to a lot of selfishness, and I was able to get a dream home. I do not know any other space that is comfortable and stress free all year round. Thank you for providing a wonderful space.
K	KAZUO IMAI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ストレスが少なく快適に過ごせる住まいが実現し一年がたちました。いろいろな希望を取り入れて頂いた家は丁寧に仕上がっていて大変満足しています。木のあたたかみも感じられ、吹き抜け空間や窓などの洗練されたデザインには来客も感嘆しています。エアコン一台で夏も冬も日中も夜中も、また屋内どの場所でもほぼ一定の温度でとても快適です。冬はスポット的にホットカーペットや電気ストーブも使用しておりますが、今までのように各部屋の温度差が大きくないので身体的にも楽で、ヒートショックの心配もありません。常にフィルターを通した外気が取り入れられているので、玄関に入った時の空気が違います。結露やカビの発生もなく気分もとても爽やかです。こんな家に住みたいという以前からの願いが叶いました。マツミさんに家を建てて頂いて本当に良かったと思っています。 It has been a year since we realized a comfortable and less stressful home. In winter, hot carpets and electric stoves are also used in spots, but since the temperature difference between rooms is not as large as before, it is easy for the body and there is no worry of heat shock. Since the outside air is always taken through the filter, the air when entering the entrance is different. There is no condensation or mold, and the mood is very refreshing. A long-standing wish to live in such a house has come true. I'm really glad that Mr. Matsumi built the house.

I feel this system is almost perfect. Utility costs are kept low while maintaining a nearly uniform room temperature anywhere in the house, regardless of the season. Moreover, the air in the room is always fresh because it is constantly ventilated while exchanging heat.
