★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1ヶ月程前にオイル交換の予約で電話した事がありますが、土日は混みますので〜と違う曜日を勧められました。
土日混むのはどこのお店も当たり前です。新車を売る事に専念したいのは分からなくもないですが、土日しか休みがない人間もいる事を理解して欲しいです。
 I called to make an oil change reservation about a month ago, but it was crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, so I was recommended a different day of the week.
It is natural for every shop to be crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. I don't know why I want to concentrate on selling new cars, but I want you to understand that some people only have weekends and holidays.

しかし、ちょっとした部品注文や消耗品の交換などで行くと、めんどくさいように対応される印象です。
クルマって買ってからの付き合いでお店の良し悪しがわかりますね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内で メンテナンスの時ゆっくり休んでいれます。飲み物が何度も飲めるのは良いですね☺️小さなお子さまも遊具も有りますし安心です☺️⤴️

予約が取れれば丁寧に対応して貰えるが、直すより売る説明の方に熱心。営業マンさんは勢いがあります。修理の方はぞんざいなイメージ。
車の故障は急だし、毎日使うから早く直したいのですが、この店だからかそれともディーラー全体がそうなのか…
見積もり貰うのに予約が必要。
見積もり貰ってから、修理の予約が必要（部品が届いてからなので、更に数日かかる）
とにかく後手後手。直営の意味って…

Car breakdowns are so urgent that I want to fix them quickly because I use them every day, but is it because of this store or the whole dealer?
Reservations are required to get an estimate.
After getting an estimate, you need to book a repair (it takes a few more days because the parts arrived)
