★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムニーのマニュアル車を試乗したかったがこちらになく、若手のWさんが試乗車のある伊丹まで先導で同行くださり試乗までお付き合いくださった。
度々出会う鼻を高くして人を小馬鹿にするディーラーとは違いとても親切丁寧楽しく案内してもらえた。
注文後1年待ちというのでどう動いたらいいかまとまったらこちらで購入を考えたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「スズキ安心メンテナンスパック」点検で車を整備して頂いたところ、車内が煙草の臭いで充満しており、非常に不快な思いをしました。営業の方の店内対応は何も問題はありませんでした。
When I had the car serviced by the "Suzuki Anshin Maintenance Pack" inspection, I felt very uncomfortable because the inside of the car was filled with the smell of cigarettes. There was nothing wrong with the sales person's in-store correspondence.

ワシが欲しいのはそれちゃう。人の話聞いとんか？

もう1台のカーデイラーは、お店側が忙しくても行くたびに、飲み物を直ぐに出してくれます。

スズキのディーラーは初めてお伺いしたのですが
こちらで購入してないにも関わらずとても気持ち良い対応をして下さいました。
車まで来て〇〇様ですねと出迎えて下さったのには驚きました。
スタッフのそれぞれの流れがとてもスムーズにも見えました。
ずっと他社一筋で他を知らなかったのもありますが平等な接客スタイルにも見えましたし良かったです。
お店もとても綺麗でした。
