盛	盛重隆樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売りっぱなしの店。アフターサービスも悪く、何の責任も取らない。昔は良かったが、今はダメ。オススメしない。自転車に関して、私は空気圧は2週間に一度チェック、保管はカバーをかけ、雨は当たらず、日射もないところにおいている。半年ほど前だろうか、タイヤ交換をしてもらったら、1ヶ月も立たずにサイドから亀裂がでた。その後、タイヤ全体にまで亀裂が広がり内部が見えるようにまでなってしまった。自転車屋に一度相談したが、「大丈夫」との一点張り。納得できず、写真を添えてタイヤメーカーに事情を話し相談すると、明らかな不良品とのこと。私は運悪く不良品にあたったのかと思い、経緯を話し、交換して欲しいと自転車屋にお願いしたが、「普通に走れる、交換はできない」と断られた。金を払えば、交換するとのこと。その後、相談していたタイヤメーカーが交換用にと新しいタイヤを送ってくださった。自力で交換したが、今のところタイヤにヒビが入ったりすることは起きていない。メーカーには非常に感謝している。普通、メーカーで不良品と判断された件を販売店が交換を拒否することなどあるだろうか。本当なら、返金対応だってあってもいいはずだと思うが、まさか交換対応まで拒否されるとは思わなかった。タイヤの不良の原因がメーカーにあるのか、それとも販売店での保管状態にあるのかは不明だが、この自転車屋の対応には本当に失望した。個人店とはこういうものなんだろうか。このあたりには他にも多くの自転車屋があるので（google map「自転車屋」検索）そちらをオススメする。この自転車屋はやめたほうがいい。 A store that sells. さ	さま（なな） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店の常連以外の方は是非ご一読をお勧めします。私が常連ではないせいかも知れないですが、いい加減な店です。ママチャリのパンクの修理を依頼の為、来訪。パンクはタイヤに空気を入れると翌日抜けているというような症状です。特に調べるでもなく、空気口を入れる部分のパッキンだけ取り替えて、修理は終了。「また空気抜けたら、持ってきて」の一言と修理代を払って終了。パンクの原因が他にあり、結局、タイヤはベコベコに戻ってしまいました。私自身、ロードバイクに乗るのでママチャリのパンクは直せますが、明らかにチューブを水に入れてちゃんと調べればパンク箇所は分かります。面倒だったからか、私が常連では無かったからか、パンク箇所を調べる気は無く、適当に対応されて追い返されたので、結局他のお店で直す予定です。 If you are not a regular customer of this shop, we recommend you to read it.
