、	、、 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幼い頃からお世話になっている病院です。もう何十年もお世話になっているのは親切な先生や看護婦さんのお陰ですが、受付の方が非常に態度悪いです。このような口コミが多いのに改善されない点も恐ろしいです。電話にて「(コロナ)ワクチン3回目の予約をしたいのですが」と言うと呆れた様に「何のワクチンですか？」「3/17しか空いてないです。」と電話対応でも態度の悪さを感じました。ワクチンに関して主語を加えなかった私も悪いですが「コロナウイルスのワクチンでお間違いないですか？」「他の日が予約の方でいっぱいで3/17のみとなっております。」等と一言加えたり工夫することで雰囲気が変わるのではないかと思います。さすがに気分が悪くて予約する気になりませんでした。しかし星4は先生や看護婦さんのイメージを悪くしたくないと言う思いからつけさせていただきます。 It is a hospital that has been indebted since childhood. C	Chiii TAKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回かお世話になっています。１回目も２回目もこちらでお願いしてコロナワクチン接種しました。看護師さん、先生はとても優しく対応もきちんとしてくれます。が！！受付の方の電話対応かなり最悪でした。気分悪くなりました。とても。もっと受付の方の指導をきちんとしてほしいです。先生や看護師さんが良い方ばかりなのにもったいないです。病院の雰囲気イメージ悪くなります。クチコミたくさんの方が見るしあまり悪くは言いたくありませんが受付の方の対応などはきちんと直していただきたい。名前を聞いたのでその方にはお会いしたくありません。そのひとのせいで受付みなさんのイメージも悪くりました。
