ラパンのエアコンが効かなくなり原因をネットで調べると、"ボンネット内のリレーを換えるだけで直る"と言う事例が多く試してみようとそのリレーを購入しに来店

店長と思しき人、スーツを着た営業、メカニック、パソコンに向かってる女
皆「そんな話は聞いた事無い」と半笑いで一蹴。
ニヤニヤしながら全員にバカにされたので別のディーラーでその話をすると「酷いですね。リレーの話は有名です。」とすぐ付け替えてくれエアコンも正常に作動するようになった。
仕事で毎日この店の前を通過するが通るたびにイライラする。
Really bad customer service

Everybody said, "I have never heard of such a story," and kicked off with a half laugh.
As I was made into an idiot while being grinning, when I talked it with another dealer, "I'm terrible. The story of the relay is famous." I immediately replaced it, and the air conditioner began to operate normally.
I go in front of this store everyday at work, but I am frustrated every time I pass.
