★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12、3年ほど前、ジムニーja71の修理、車検をお願いしました。古いジムニーでしたが、ラジエーター交換、ミッション交換で蘇りました。他のディラーで嫌な顔をされてアリーナ岩倉さんにお願いしましたが快く受け入れてくれて安心しました。説明もわかりやすく、修理途中の経過や値段相談などもあり安心して整備を任せることができました。
その後、名古屋を離れ日本海側に引っ越しましたがja71は15万キロ迄走りました。
丁寧で正確な整備と説明、嫌な顔せず古い車の修理をしてくれ信頼はあつく、よいおみせです。今は遠くに住んでますがもし近くに工場があれば整備を任せられる店です。

The explanation was easy to understand, and I was able to entrust the maintenance with peace of mind because of the progress during repairs and price consultation.
After that, I left Nagoya and moved to the Sea of Japan side, but ja71 ran up to 150,000 kilometers.
Careful and accurate maintenance and explanations, repairing old cars without disgusting faces, trustworthy, good show. I live far away now, but if there is a factory nearby, I can leave the maintenance to you.

当然、代車を借りれると思っていましたが、代車を借りることはできませんでした。
こちらから、事前に申し出をしないと代車の準備をしないのか?
これだからディーラーは嫌です。
気配りのできない社員が悪いのか?
会社の方針なのかわかりませんが、
車で来場している時点で気付けよ!って感じです。
