★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗の改装がキレイに出来てますが、接客はイマイチでした。コロナ禍期間内で、もっと気をつけることが沢山あるとおもいます。
The store was beautifully renovated, but the customer service was not good. I think there are many more things to watch out for during the corona storm.

クレームで行っても担当者不在。しかも何回も…連絡した事も全然伝わってないし…
しょうがないので、最後まで面倒見てもらいますが…
以前、所有していたTOYOTA車は、不備があったらわざわざ自宅まで謝罪に来て下さり、ちょっと店舗に顔を出すと洗車してくださったり、とてもサービスが良かった。それが普通だと思っていただけに、もう二度とSUZUKI車は買わないです。
リコール続きだし、点検、車検と車を何度も預けているけど、洗車も一回もしてくれた事ない。
最低限の割り切ったサービスしかしませんって感じなんでしょうね〜

It can't be helped, so I'll ask you to take care of it until the end ...
The TOYOTA car I owned before came to my house to apologize if there was something wrong with it, and when I went to the store for a while, it washed me, and the service was very good. I will never buy a SUZUKI car again just because I thought it was normal.
The recalls are continuing, and I have been inspecting, inspecting, and leaving my car many times, but I have never washed the car.
I think it feels like there is only a minimum of divisible service ~

今までトヨタ・スバル・マツダ・ダイハツとディーラーのお世話になってきましたが、スズキのディーラーはココが初めてです。
担当さんが１度変わりましたが、整備点検時の代車も日頃の話の中で興味ある旨伝えてる車種を用意してくれたりと色々動いてくれますので好印象です。
さすがに、コチラが社外パーツ交換装着等の動きはあまり良い顔されませんが、相談は聞いてくれますし、参考になる情報を聞けたりしますし。
身内や知り合いがスズキの新車考えてるならココを紹介しようと思います。
接客等サービスの面で当方の経験上の順位は現在、トヨタ＞スズキ・スバル＞マツダ＞ダイハツとなりました。
