★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リコールで行ったが、鍵は付いていますか？座ってお待ち下さいと言われ、それっきり。
コーヒーも出されず、気付くと車も無い。
普通作業に入る前に説明なり、他に問題が無いかくらい聞くものだと思う。
終わりましたと言うので、１つ気になってる事を伝え確認してもらうと、乗り方が悪いと言われました。
今まで乗ってきた車で同じような事はありません。
友人、知人に聞いても同じような事はありません。
それでも乗り方の問題しか考えられないと言う。
結局他のショップで修正してもらいました。
もうスズキの車は要らないし、この店でも二度と買いたいと思わない。
ちなみに駐車場で誘導が付かないと言ってる方が居ますが、スズキの車で行くと誘導されませんよ。
高級車と言われるような車で行くと、飛んで出てきます。
スズキの車で行っても、相手にされません。笑

If you go in a car that is said to be a luxury car, it will fly out.
Even if you go by Suzuki's car, you will not be the opponent. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女の子の接客が好印象でした。但し、自分の車の整備後の説明してくれた担当整備士の方は大変素晴らしい人でした。が!、女性客に対しての不安をあおる説明してた整備士も居たのでちょっとガッカリ。車の事わからないと思って適当な事言ってんじゃねぇーよ！その女てめえらより技術持ってる女だぜー！。それで頑張って星３つ。
The customer service of the girl at the reception was a good impression. However, the mechanic in charge who explained after the maintenance of my car was a very wonderful person. However, I was a little disappointed because there was a mechanic who explained that he was anxious about female customers. Don't think you don't know about cars and say something appropriate! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検の見積もりに行くつもりで調べてたら口コミに女性客に対しての悪い評価もあったのでどうだなんだろうと半信半疑で行ったけど、全く心配なかった。
最初から最後まで気持ちよい対応でした。
When I looked it up with the intention of going to the car inspection quote, I was skeptical about what it was because the word of mouth had a bad evaluation for female customers, but I was not worried at all.
It was a pleasant response from the beginning to the end.

接客は軽い感じですね。冷やかしじゃなかったのに結局ここで買いませんでした。
ジムニーの車検をと思って見積を取ったら、フォグランプのイエローバルブは違反なので交換してくださいと言われました。知識がなさ過ぎます。
いまでもフォグランプは合法ですよ。
Overall young. There is no sense of stability.
The customer service is light. I didn't buy it here after all though it wasn't ridiculous.
When I made an estimate for Jimny's vehicle inspection, I was told to replace the yellow bulb of the fog lamp because it was a violation. I don't have too much knowledge.
Fog lights are still legal.

店内は大変込み合ってますが、コロナ対応もしっかりやられてます。試乗しましたが、また、進化していることが確認できました。
It was very nice that the sales staff responded naturally and responded from the customer's perspective.
The inside of the store is very crowded, but the corona support is also well done. I took a test drive and confirmed that it was evolving again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黄色フォグランプをダメ出しされたという方がいるようですが、車検に合致していれば白／淡黄色切り替えもOKでした。ジムニーなど、一定以上カスタムだともちろんダメですので確認した方がいいでしょうね。カスタム系は専門店に見てもらうとかが良いですよ。
It seems there are people that have been out useless yellow fog lamps, but the white / pale yellow switching if consistent with the inspection was also OK. Jimny, such as, I guess is better to confirm it is, of course, no good that's custom certain level or higher. Custom system is good Toka get a look at the specialty store.
