We are preparing handmade miso with Mr. Harada's Jiuqu. It's a very delicious miso. We also recommend the 16% miso prepared. I would like to actually visit someday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お味噌と甘酒美味しいです。こちらの工場、事務所でも購入出来、買いに行ってましたがお店ならば上山手前、蔵王登り口付近の観光物産館（ぐっと山形）隣 食の駅でも購入可能。甘酒牛乳と割ったりホットでいただいてます。旨い！
Miso and Amazake are delicious. You can buy it at the factory or office here, and if you go to the shop, you can buy it at Kamiyama, near the sightseeing product hall (Gutto Yamagata) near the Zao climbing entrance. I am cracking it with amazake milk or having it hot. delicious!
